The complete terms for prepaid access to the Yagga FX private Telegram community.
This agreement covers prepaid access to the Yagga FX private Telegram community and its educational content. It is a one-time fixed-term purchase, not an automatically renewing charge.
The service provider is Aboor Abraham Ayaau Riak, publicly known as Yagga and Yagga FX, based in Nairobi, Kenya. The customer is the person identified in the checkout and PayPal payment record.
By selecting the required agreement box and completing payment, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have reviewed this agreement, and agree to this version together with the Payments and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclaimer shown at checkout.
A paid membership provides personal, fixed-term access to the private Yagga FX Telegram community. Content may include educational market commentary, trade setups and entries, live breakdowns, risk-management discussions, trade reviews, and community sessions.
The membership is a digital education and community service. Yagga does not receive or hold money for trading, execute trades for members, manage customer brokerage accounts, provide custody, sell an investment product, or guarantee any trading result.
The selected plan, fixed access period, currency, and total amount due are displayed in the order summary before payment and become part of this agreement. The standard plan schedule for this agreement version is listed below.
Prices are charged in United States dollars through PayPal. A customer's bank or PayPal may apply its own currency conversion, card, or cross-border charges; those third-party charges are not collected by Yagga.
Each paid plan is a one-time purchase for the stated period. It does not renew automatically and Yagga does not initiate a recurring PayPal charge. To continue after expiry, the customer must make a new payment or separately qualify for broker-verified access.
PayPal processes the payment. Yagga does not receive or store the customer's PayPal password or full card details.
After PayPal confirms payment, Yagga activates the purchased access period and delivers access through the Yagga FX Telegram bot. Website buyers receive a claim link by email; buyers inside the Telegram mini app receive access in their bot chat. Private invitations are personal, single-use, and must not be shared.
The access period starts when payment is confirmed and access is made available. The customer is responsible for using the correct email and Telegram account and for promptly completing the Telegram connection step. Delivery records may include the confirmation email, bot message, invitation timestamp, and Telegram join or claim event.
Because the membership is digital and access is made available promptly, payments are generally final once access has been granted or an invitation has been issued, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Yagga will review a request made within 7 days when there is a duplicate or erroneous charge, or when a technical failure on Yagga's side prevented access from being delivered and could not be corrected. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.
Customers should contact support first about an access or billing problem. Access may be paused while a PayPal dispute or reversal is being investigated. Exercising a lawful dispute or consumer right does not remove any right that cannot legally be waived.
Forex and CFD trading involve substantial risk and can result in the loss of all trading capital. Membership content is general educational and community content, not individualized financial, legal, or tax advice.
No profit, income, performance, trade outcome, uninterrupted service, or continued broker eligibility is promised. Customers make their own trading decisions and should use a suitably authorized professional where personal advice is needed.
Membership is personal. Customers must not resell access, share private invitations or paid content, impersonate another person, harass community members, misuse the bot, or use the service unlawfully.
Yagga may suspend or remove access for a material breach, fraud, payment reversal, security threat, or unlawful conduct. Any refund following termination remains subject to the Payments and Refunds Policy and mandatory consumer law.
To process and document the membership, Yagga records the selected plan, price, currency, customer contact details, Telegram identity, agreement version and acceptance time, a one-way IP hash, limited browser information, PayPal order and capture identifiers, payer country when supplied by PayPal, and digital-delivery events.
These records are used for access delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and payment-provider compliance. The Privacy Policy explains retention, service providers, international processing, and customer rights.
Yagga may make reasonable changes to schedules, presenters, community format, or content while keeping the purchased service substantially available. Temporary interruptions may occur because Telegram, PayPal, hosting, internet, security, or maintenance systems are outside Yagga's full control.
A later agreement version applies only when accepted for a later purchase or renewal. Yagga will not backdate a new acceptance to an earlier transaction.
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Kenya, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where the customer lives. If one term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.
