By using this site or a free community feature, you agree to these general terms. A direct paid purchase also requires express acceptance of the versioned Membership Agreement, Payments & Refunds Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy shown at checkout.
The Yagga community includes free, local, premium, and mentorship Telegram spaces. Some access is free. Broker-verified access depends on a valid referral relationship and continued eligibility. Paid premium access is a separate, one-time fixed-term digital purchase for the plan and price shown at checkout; it does not depend on broker verification and does not renew automatically.
Everything shared in the community, including market ideas and signals, is educational and community content. It is not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. See the risk disclaimer for more.
PayPal processes direct payments. After payment is confirmed, the service activates the purchased period and makes private Telegram access available through the Yagga FX bot. The order record, confirmation email, bot delivery, invite, claim, and join timestamps may be retained as proof of the transaction and digital delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Kenya, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live. If one term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
