This site is the official home of Yagga. The service provider is Aboor Abraham Ayaau Riak, publicly known as Yagga / Yagga FX. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
If you subscribe, we send you updates through a trusted, industry-standard email provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell your data.
We do not sell your personal information. We use providers including PayPal for payments, Telegram for community delivery, Resend for email, and hosting/database/file providers needed to operate the service. They process information under their own terms or on our behalf, depending on the service.
Customers may purchase from different countries. PayPal, Telegram, email, hosting, and database providers may process information outside your country. We use the information only for the purposes described here and apply reasonable access controls.
Proof screenshots and brand assets are stored securely with a trusted file-hosting provider and are accessible only to the team for review.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Email ekongor@ekon360.com or use the contact page.
We keep membership and payment evidence only as long as reasonably needed for access delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention, PayPal disputes, and legal compliance. Telegram invite secrets are not included in payment evidence exports.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
